機(jī)構(gòu)職能

　　珠海市香洲區(qū)紅十字會(huì)是從事人道主義工作的社會(huì)救助團(tuán)體，成立于1993年6月12日,一直以來與區(qū)衛(wèi)生局合署辦公，2014年9月，根據(jù)《關(guān)于印發(fā)珠海市香洲區(qū)區(qū)衛(wèi)生和計(jì)劃生育部門職能轉(zhuǎn)變及機(jī)構(gòu)改革實(shí)施方案的通知》（珠香府[2014]83號(hào)）精神，珠海市香洲區(qū)紅十字會(huì)獨(dú)立設(shè)置。香洲區(qū)紅十字會(huì)機(jī)關(guān)主要職責(zé)是：

　　As a social relief organization engaged in humanitarian work, Red Cross Society of China, Zhuhai Xiangzhou Branch, was established on June 12, 1993 and had been working with Xiangzhou District Health Bureau since. In September 2014, it was transformed and began to function independently in accordance with the Notice on Issuing of Implementation Plan of Function Transformation and Institutional Reform of Departments of Health and Family Planning of Zhuhai Xiangzhou District (ZXF [2014] No. 83). Its main responsibilities are as follows:

　　1.宣傳、貫徹落實(shí)《中華人民共和國(guó)紅十字會(huì)法》，指導(dǎo)全區(qū)紅十字會(huì)加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)，組織建設(shè)和開展各項(xiàng)工作。

　　1. Publicize and implement the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Red Cross Society, supervise the work of Red Cross within the district to strengthen self-improvement and organizational development, and carry out various work.

　　2. 開展救災(zāi)的準(zhǔn)備工作；在自然災(zāi)害和突發(fā)事件中，對(duì)傷病人員和其他受害者進(jìn)行救助；

　　2. Carry out preparation work of disaster relief; in case of natural disaster and emergencies, provide relief to the injured and victims;

　　3.普及衛(wèi)生救護(hù)和防病知識(shí)，進(jìn)行初級(jí)衛(wèi)生救護(hù)培訓(xùn)，組織群眾參加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)救護(hù)；

　　3. Popularize the knowledge of health rescue and disease prevention, provide basic training on health rescue and organize the masses to take part in on-the-spot rescue;

　　4. 開展紅十字青少年活動(dòng)和其他人道主義服務(wù)活動(dòng)；

　　4. Carry out Red Cross youth programs and other humanitarian service activities;

　　5. 參與輸血獻(xiàn)血工作，推動(dòng)無償獻(xiàn)血；

　　5. Participate in blood transfusion and blood donation work, promote volunteer blood donation;

　　6.參加國(guó)際人道主義救援工作；

　　6. Participate in international humanitarian rescue work;

　　7.宣傳國(guó)際紅十字和紅新月運(yùn)動(dòng)的基本原則和日內(nèi)瓦公約及其附加議定書，進(jìn)行國(guó)際間的友好合作和交流；

　　7. Publicize the basic principles of the International Red Cross and the Red Crescent Movement as well as the Geneva Conventions and its Additional Protocols; promote international friendly cooperation and exchanges;

　　8.根據(jù)國(guó)家的有關(guān)規(guī)定，執(zhí)行相關(guān)國(guó)際公約及其附加議定書等。

　　8. Implement international conventions and their additional protocols according to relevant provisions of the State;

　　9.協(xié)助政府開展對(duì)臺(tái)工作，促進(jìn)兩岸紅十字組織的交流和合作；

　　9. Assist the government in Taiwan-related work; facilitate the exchanges and cooperation between the Red Cross organizations of Taiwan and the Mainland;

　　10.承辦政府和珠海市紅十字會(huì)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

　　10. Undertake other tasks assigned by the Government and the Red Cross Society of Zhuhai.

內(nèi)設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)

　　區(qū)紅十字會(huì)機(jī)關(guān)設(shè)辦公室，主要任務(wù)是：負(fù)責(zé)文秘、會(huì)務(wù)、機(jī)要、檔案、宣傳、信訪、保密、接待、財(cái)務(wù)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、后勤保障、內(nèi)部審計(jì)、政務(wù)公開、督察督辦等機(jī)關(guān)日常工作。組織開展救災(zāi)備災(zāi)募捐工作及定向捐款工作、組織應(yīng)急救護(hù)培訓(xùn)工作、組織大病救助等愛心項(xiàng)目的工作、組織開展志愿者活動(dòng)及協(xié)助相關(guān)單位的愛心活動(dòng)。
